BHG was formed by Mr. Jeppe L. Hansen in 1997 to provide a venue through which private companies can receive a realistic analysis, re-structure when necessary, then prepare for and access capital investment. By combining the talents of a varied group of professionals with experience in various industries such as banking, finance, marketing, management consulting and entrepreneurship, BHG can provide companies with a value that enhances their business opportunities and enable them to qualify for and obtain investment capital.
