CEO STATEMENT
Having started several businesses myself I understand the numerous obstacles that face a new business venture. For many entrepreneurs these obstacles are the major stumbling blocks that prevent a brilliant idea from coming to life. What are these obstacles? Often they are the lack of knowledge or experience required to implement a functioning and lasting business infrastructure. This infrastructure broadly includes financial management, internal management and general management. Many entrepreneurs have failed because of their lack of familiarity with implementing one of these standard systems. Yet, each year hundreds of new entrepreneurs jump in head first striving to launch a venture and unfortunately many find themselves failing. We need new entrepreneurs to not only try but also to succeed so that they can constantly push the envelope of innovation to expand our market economy.
Having experienced the trials and tribulations of launching several new ventures, I understand that most businesses have definable elements that are necessary for success. A business is similar to a puzzle and you must have all the pieces in place to reach your full potential. The business may survive with a few pieces missing and surviving is a considerable achievement. But market dominance is the real magic that drives me. Putting those last pieces of the puzzle together and witnessing an organization take off is the greatest reward. Of course, through my years of experience I understand that the world is constantly changing and to maintain market dominance requires every business to constantly reinvent itself over time. Naturally, this leads to an exciting, demanding and never ending cycle of redefining and reevaluating the vision of the firm.
The competition of the market place results in an immense uphill battle for any entrepreneur. Can this struggle be made easier? I believe it can. By analyzing what pieces are needed and working with professionals who have designed and implemented those solutions, lasting success can be achieved. Time after time, I have found that by making all the pieces of the puzzle fit, you have a much better chance of getting where you want to go. Very few entrepreneurs, if any, will be able to individually cover all the facets of building a successful company. That is why a system is needed to provide the infrastructure required for a new venture to take the next step.
