Jeppe Leth Hansen - Chief Executive Officer
Jeppe Leth Hansen has over twenty years of experience in investment banking, trade finance and real estate finance. Founder and CEO of Bridgehead Group Limited, a financial advisory and investment banking firm active with companies in various areas of technology, financial services, consumer products software development and telecommunications. Former Chairman of Hansen Gray & Company (HGCP) and transition CEO of Liquidation Bid Inc. (LQBI). Mr. Hansen has prepared business plans, evaluated strategies, monitored performance and implemented strategic plans for various clients in the US and Europe. He has advised international government agencies and business interest in foreign trade, trade finance and commercial development. He has arranged financing with various commercial banks on behalf of corporate clientele. He is an experienced manager of privately owned companies. Mr. Hansen has served in investment banking position with Morgan Stanley and Merrill Lynch in New York and Miami and advised institutional investors and privately and publicity owned companies in investments, project finance and business acquisitions. He also has acted as a marketing executive and strategic planner for companies in Denmark and as operations manager for a US based Multi-national Corporation. Mr. Hansen studied math and physics and the Niels Bohr Institute and H.C. Oersted Institute at the University of Copenhagen.
Mikael Bertelsen - Director of Research
Mr. Bertelsen has over 15 years of experience in Venture Capital, Corporate Finance and real estate finance. Mr. Bertelsen also has an in-depth knowledge and understanding from more traditional industries and the ICT industry. Mr. Bertelsen has held several business and strategic management positions working with early-stage small and medium size ICT venture back companies in Europe. Before joining Bridgehead Group Mr. Bertelsen held a management position with LNP Corporate Finance in Europe as a Corporate Director for clients and the company’s strategic advisor developing new partnerships in Europe and the USA. Mr. Bertelsen’s experience includes: project management, business development, merger and acquisitions, valuations, raising capital, strategic partnerships and strategic consulting for International companies, covering development/implementation of new business processes, marketing of based products, strategy and risk management. In addition Mr. Bertelsen has raised millions of dollars in capital for development projects, early-stage companies within the ICT industries and has today a very solid network to many VC’s and VC’s network, Corporate Finance houses, Private Equity companies, shareholder networks and business Angels networks and professional private investors. Mr. Bertelsen is truly an entrepreneur by nature and has other the years develop a number of businesses which he has sold with success. Mr. Bertelsen holds an International Business Economics and Marketing degree from Slagelse Business School in Denmark.
