Bridgehead Group Secures Financing for AirNacon Ltd.,
a Pioneer in New Air-Conditioning and Refrigeration Solutions

02.01.06 - Bridgehead Group, in collaboration with UK Trade & Investment's (UKTI) Global Entrepreneur Programme, announces the establishment of AirNacon Ltd. in the UK. AirNacon will develop and commercialize a new generation of ultra-efficient and environmentally friendly air-conditioning and refrigeration solutions for the global marketplace.

Bridgehead Group, based in New York City, secured a substantial seven figure seed round of financing to launch AirNacon Ltd. and Bridgehead Group's CEO Jeppe Hansen was named CEO of the new venture. Mr. Hansen previously supported the funding of iCurie Labs in collaboration with UK Trade & Investment's (UKTI) Global Entrepreneur Programme.

Air conditioning and refrigeration technologies have essentially remained the same for over 30 years. AirNacon is taking advantage of recent advances in material sciences to develop as well as acquire the latest technologies in order to deliver cost-effective and environmentally friendly solutions for the industry.
