Business Management services consist of thorough research and due diligence, implementation and execution of a comprehensive business plan and financing throughout the capital formation process.
BHG Business Management takes a hands-on approach in carefully selecting companies. Our team consists of experienced business people rather than only traditional venture capitalists or investment bankers. BHG provides the infrastructure for the portfolio company by offering all functions of management, business development and the development of sales and marketing. This infrastructure reduces failure, controls risk and ensures that the return on investment is maximized.
Investment Funds: Van Hansen Capital for public seed financing was established to bridge a common dilemma created when a company does not qualify for most types of financing and is not ready to raise equity because the business plan, structure and other areas are not presentable to equity investors. The term for the seed financing is up to three years. In addition, Bridgehead Capital for private seed funding is available for eligible ventures for early stage investments. Bridgehead Ventures serves as a private venture fund for increased liquidity to provide and participate in the early stage venture financing as the next stage in the capital formation process. The venture fund retires the seed financing and provides the next round of needed capital for the growth of a new company. The term on the venture fund ranges from 1-5 years.
